Interactive Learning and Governance Transformation for Securing Blue Justice for Small-Scale Fisheries

In the “Future We Want,” states and non-state actors are invited to contribute achieving sustainable development goals through various means mechanisms. This includes securing justice for most marginalized disadvantaged sectors like small-scale fisheries, whose rights access resources threatened by Blue Economy/Growth initiatives. While strong just institutions imperative they not sufficient conditions obtaining justice. As illustrated in this paper, must be secured daily interactions between fisheries other stakeholders, including governments, of interactive learning involving governance transformation.
